All products are handmade in our workshop in Lille once the order has been placed on the website.
The production time for an order is 7 to 10 days; this period may be extended in cases of high demand. In such instances, the customer will be notified via a message at the time of payment and by email.
All products are shipped from the Lille workshop at 7 rue du Quai in Marcq-en-Baoreul, 59700, France.
Several shipping methods are available:

"Home delivery" via La Poste - Colissimo. Delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days for metropolitan France once the order has been shipped by Oscar & Co.
- "Pick-up point" via La Poste - Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days for metropolitan France once the order has been shipped by Oscar & Co.

"In-store pick-up" via the "Cabot - The Dog To Be" store at 18 rue Saint-André in Lille, 59800, France. In-store delivery time is 2 to 5 business days for metropolitan France once the order has been shipped by Oscar & Co. The customer can pick up their order from the "Cabot - The Dog To Be" store upon receipt of an email notifying them that the order is available. Opening hours are: 10 am - 7 pm from Tuesday to Saturday and 10 am - 1 pm on Sunday.
The Seller is in no way responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
A delay, even a significant one, cannot be an acceptable reason for refusing delivery or for any claim for damages of any kind.
