I ordered a multi-position lead and a collar for my first dog and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package. Everything was beautifully packaged, and the products are top quality! We use the lead every day, and during our walks, we've already been asked several times about the brand of the lead. For now, Uno is too small to wear the collar, as I bought his adult size.
In addition, Laurine is always available to respond to messages, and puts a lot of effort into order tracking via email and social media.
All our products are handmade in France, specifically in Lille.
Production times may vary depending on the product, but are generally 7 to 10 days.
Delivery is available in France and Europe.
Free delivery to a relay point in metropolitan France.
For metropolitan France, delivery is via La Poste Colissimo Domicile, with a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours.
For Europe, the choice of carrier will depend on the country.
- Waterproof Leashes and Collars in Biothane:
Biothane is a waterproof material that requires little maintenance. You can clean it with water and dish soap.
Make sure to wipe the accessories dry after washing.
Black marks may appear around the brass buckle; this is a normal reaction of brass, despite a waterproof treatment, as it oxidizes over time. This does not affect the durability of your accessory.
- Rope Leashes:
Rope leashes can be cleaned with soapy water.
- Fabric Accessories:
It is recommended to wash them in the machine at 30°C max; ironing may be necessary to smooth out the fabric.
- Biothane
Textile webbing coated with a layer of flexible thermoplastic with a leather-like appearance.
Manufactured exclusively by an American company, this material is often imitated but never equaled.
Biothane is vegan, waterproof, odorless, hypoallergenic, and tear-resistant.
- Brass or stainless steel
All metal parts are made of solid brass (gold-colored parts) or stainless steel (silver-colored parts), resistant to strong tension and of durable quality.
Each leash is equipped with a "scissor" snap hook, which is more robust than a classic snap hook. It resists strong tension and prevents the leash from twisting thanks to its swiveling head.
