Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy is a micro-enterprise, domiciled at 12 rue Macquart, 59800 Lille, France, registered with the RCS of Lille Métropole A under number 900 905 688.
Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy publishes and operates the website www.oscarandco.fr (hereinafter “the Site”).

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the sales of products concluded between Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy and any natural person of legal age (18 years old and over), acting in a personal capacity as a consumer (hereinafter “the Customer”), via the Site.
The GTC do not apply to sales made by third parties accessible via links present on the Site. Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy cannot be held responsible for sales or services provided by third parties.
The GTC are accessible at any time on the Site.
Any Order implies the full and unreserved acceptance of the GTC by the Customer, materialized by a checkbox before validating the Order.
Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time.
The applicable GTC are those in force on the day of the Order.
The Customer declares:
to be at least 18 years old;
to have legal capacity;
to place the Order for strictly personal use.
Any Order for resale is prohibited.
Access to the Site is free and unrestricted, excluding internet connection costs.
Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of the Site, particularly for maintenance purposes.
The Products offered for sale on the Site are handmade, in a traditional way, by Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy.
Unless otherwise specified, Products are made to order, after validation and payment thereof.
This made-to-order manufacturing implies a production time before shipping, specified in Article 8 of these GTC.
Due to this artisanal manufacturing method, each Product is unique and may show slight variations compared to another Product of the same model.
Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy takes the greatest care in the presentation, description, and photography of the Products in order to reproduce their essential characteristics as faithfully as possible.
However, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that:
the photographs of the Products presented on the Site have no contractual value;
slight differences may exist between the delivered Product and the visuals on the Site, particularly concerning colors, textures, shapes, or finishes.
These differences may result from:
the handmade nature of the Products;
the materials used;
technical constraints of photography and display (screens, brightness).
These minor variations cannot in any case be considered a lack of conformity.
Products are offered as long as they are visible on the Site and within the limits of available raw materials.
In case of unavailability of a Product or raw material after validation of the Order, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between:
a full refund of the Order;
the manufacturing of an equivalent Product, subject to their prior agreement.
Prices are indicated in euros, excluding VAT (VAT not applicable – article 293B of the CGI).
Delivery costs are indicated before validation of the Order.
Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy reserves the right to modify its prices, without affecting already validated Orders.
The validation of the Order constitutes the conclusion of the sales contract.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after payment validation.
Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy reserves the right to refuse any abnormal or bad faith Order.
Any modification of an Order by the Customer after its confirmation is subject to the express acceptance of Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy. Modification requests can be made by email to laurine@oscarandco.fr
Payment for the Products is due in full at the time of the Order, subject to the installment payment options offered in Article 7.4.
The following payment methods are accepted on the Site:

Apple Pay
Payments are made via a secure payment module provided by the Shopify platform.
The Site is equipped with an online payment security system allowing the encryption of banking data transmitted by the Customer.
Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy does not have access to the Customer's banking data at any time.
The Customer has the possibility to pay for their Order in several interest-free installments, through the company Alma, a payment service provider.
Installment payment is accessible subject to the Customer's eligibility and the amount of the Order, according to the conditions defined by Alma at the time of payment.
By choosing installment payment via Alma:
the Customer accepts Alma's general terms of use;
payment is made by credit card;
Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy cannot be held responsible for a payment refusal from Alma.
Alma acts as a payment intermediary and is solely responsible for managing installment payments.
Products are handcrafted after validation and payment of the Order.
The manufacturing time is a maximum of 10 working days from the order confirmation, before shipping.
Once the Order has been shipped, the indicative delivery times for metropolitan France are as follows:
Colissimo – La Poste (home delivery) :
24 to 48 working hours after shipping;
Mondial Relay (delivery to a relay point) :
3 to 6 working days after shipping.
For Orders shipped outside metropolitan France but within the European Union, delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country and the chosen carrier.
As an indication, delivery time can be up to 15 working days after shipping.
The delivery times indicated above are given for information only. They may be extended during periods of high activity, logistical constraints, possible customs checks or any event beyond the control of Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy.
The Customer will be informed by e-mail of the shipment of their Order and will receive a tracking number allowing them to follow the delivery of their package.
Products will be delivered exclusively to the countries listed during the Order process. Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer at the time of and within the scope of their Order. The information provided by the Customer when placing the Order is binding on them.
Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy disclaims all responsibility for defects or delays in delivery in the event of Customer fault, in the event of an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the Contract, or in the event of force majeure. Customer fault is notably considered to be the indication of an incomplete or erroneous address, or the failure to collect their package within the prescribed deadlines. In such cases, re-shipment costs will be borne by the Customer.
Each delivery is deemed to have been made upon the carrier making the Products available to the Customer or to a third party designated by them, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier. Unless proven otherwise, no dispute relating to the delivery itself will be possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier's IT system serving as proof.
It is strongly recommended that the Customer notify the carrier upon delivery of any reservations regarding the packaging and, if applicable, the condition of the Products (e.g., opened package) and possibly refuse the Products and also notify Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy.
Any justified complaint for damage or partial loss must in any event be notified as soon as possible to Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy and at the latest within 3 working days following the day of receipt of the Products by email at laurine@oscarandco.fr or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, without prejudice to the Customer's exercise of their remedies against Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy under the conditions and limits provided by law and these GTC.
In case of known shipping or delivery delay from Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy, an information email will be sent to the Customer as soon as possible and a new shipping or delivery date will be proposed.
In parallel, it is strongly advised that the Customer report any delivery delay as soon as possible to Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy, who will then conduct an investigation with La Poste and/or the relevant carriers to locate the package.
In any event, the Customer shall have the right to terminate the Contract if the delivery of their Order has not occurred by the delivery date initially indicated to them, or within the legal period of 30 days from the conclusion of the Contract.
The exercise of this right of termination is done in accordance with the provisions of Article L.216-2 of the Consumer Code:
the Customer must first formally request Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the following address: Laurine Landouzy, 12 rue Macquart, Lille, 59800, France, or by email sent to the following address laurine@oscarandco.fr, to make the delivery within a reasonable additional period.
If the Products have not been received by the end of this new period, the Customer may then, in a second step, terminate the Contract using the same methods, namely by sending another registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or another email.
The Contract is considered terminated upon receipt by Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy of the letter or written notification of this termination, unless Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy has performed in the meantime.
Nevertheless, the Customer may immediately terminate the Contract if Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy refuses to deliver by the delivery date initially indicated to the Customer, and if this date constitutes an essential condition of the Contract for the Customer. This essential condition results from the circumstances surrounding the conclusion of the Contract or from an express request by the Customer before the conclusion of the Contract.
Risks are transferred to the Customer upon physical delivery of the Product to the Customer or to a third party designated by them, in accordance with article L.216-4 of the Consumer Code.
As of the delivery date, ownership of the Product is transferred to the Customer, unless full payment has not been collected, in accordance with article 7.5.
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.
The Customer notifies their decision by e-mail to laurine@oscarandco.fr or via the attached form.
Products must be returned in a condition allowing their re-commercialization.
Return costs are borne by the Customer.
The refund is made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the returned Products.
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made Products.
Product returns are accepted only within the scope of exercising the legal right of withdrawal, under the conditions set out in Article 9 of these GTC.
Outside this legal framework, no return will be accepted, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant Product, in accordance with the legal guarantees provided in Article 13.
Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy offers an exchange service, subject to compliance with the conditions below.
Any exchange request must be subject to a prior request by e-mail addressed to laurine@oscarandco.fr, specifying:
the Order number concerned,
the Product to be exchanged,
the reason for the exchange request.
No exchange will be accepted without prior written validation from Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy.
Products subject to an exchange must:
be returned complete,
in their original condition,
unworn, undamaged,
and in a condition allowing their re-commercialization.
The costs of returning the Product in the context of an exchange are exclusively borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant Product.
The Customer is recommended to use a return method allowing tracking and proof of shipment.
Products that are personalized, custom-made, or produced according to the Customer's specifications are neither returned nor exchanged, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.
Personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR.
The Customer has a right of access, rectification, and deletion.

Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy cannot be held liable in case of misuse of the Products or force majeure, within the limits provided by law.
All elements of the Site are protected by intellectual property law.
Thus, none of the content appearing or available on the Site may be, in whole or in part, copied, reproduced, represented, used, republished, downloaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way whatsoever without the prior written consent of Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy.
Any person who has a personal website and wishes to place, for personal use, on their site a simple link directly referring to the homepage of the Site, must imperatively request authorization from Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy. This will under no circumstances constitute an implied affiliation agreement.
The Products benefit from:
the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the Consumer Code);
the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
Products sold by Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy benefit from, in accordance with the legal provisions in force:
the legal guarantee of conformity, provided for in articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the Consumer Code;
the legal guarantee against hidden defects, provided for in articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
These legal guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee that may be granted.
The seller is obliged to deliver a Product that conforms to the contract and is liable for defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the Product.
The Customer has a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the Product to act under the legal guarantee of conformity.
During this period, the Customer is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the defect in conformity.
In case of a defect in conformity, the Customer may request:
the repair of the Product;
or its replacement,
subject to the cost conditions provided for in article L.217-12 of the Consumer Code.
If repair or replacement is impossible, the Customer may request:
a price reduction;
or the resolution of the contract, in accordance with legal provisions.
The Customer may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects within the meaning of article 1641 of the Civil Code.
In this case, the Customer may choose between:
the resolution of the sale;
or a reduction of the sale price, in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.
The action resulting from hidden defects must be brought within a period of two (2) years from the discovery of the defect.

Outside of cases covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, the guarantee against hidden defects, or any commercial guarantee that may be applicable, Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy offers, as part of an effort to reduce waste and extend the lifespan of Products, a leash repair service.
This repair service is offered for a flat fee of €10 incl. VAT, subject to the technical feasibility of the repair, which will be assessed by Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy after receipt of the Product concerned.
Repairs are strictly limited to Products of the Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy brand and do not in any way constitute an acknowledgment of liability, a lack of conformity, or a hidden defect.
Unless otherwise expressly provided by Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy, the costs of sending the Product for repair, as well as, where applicable, the costs of reshipment after repair, remain the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
Oscar & Co – Laurine Landouzy reserves the right to refuse a repair when it proves technically impossible or likely to alter the safety or integrity of the Product.
All repair requests must be made by e-mail to laurine@oscarandco.fr and accompanied by one or more photos as well as proof of purchase.
In case of a dispute, the Customer must first contact Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy at the following email address laurine@oscarandco.fr or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. Oscar & Co - Laurine Landouzy will respond as soon as possible.
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may have free recourse to a mediator in case of dispute: :
